Exhibition: Anything is Possible

The Exhibition, Anything is Possible displays the results of the work by Carol Allen Storey during a year working with the children the charity SFK supports in the UK. Carol has captured the daily challenges the children face and shows how, through the techniques learned from the SFK programme, change has transformed aspects of their lives. Exhibition: Ctrl.Alt.Shift / VICE

VICE Magazine has collaborated with user generated youth initiative Ctrl.Alt.Shift, to launch a unique photographic project that explores the global issues of Gender, Power and Poverty.The creative collaboration takes the form of an international competition, educating young people around the world on this major global development issue and inviting them to create photography inspired by this theme.
The upper gallery features the winning shot by Jonathan Hyams alongside the images of the fifteen finalists, and one show from each of the project’s all-star project mentors, including Alexa Chung, renowned photographers Ben Rayner and Valerie Philips, VICE Editor Andy Capper, and VICE photo editor Alex Sturrock.
The lower gallery features the commissioned project by the overall winner Jonathan Hyams who was accompanied by researcher Samuel Hornsby, who were commissioned by Ctrl.Alt.Shift and VICE to create a series of photos that explore the complex issue of gender discrimination in India. AOP Assistant of the Year is announced

Arthur Woodcroft wins the AOP Assistant of the Year!
Arthur Woodcroft has been crowned the very first AOP Assistant of the Year at the Assistants' Awards at a ceremony at the AOP Gallery in London. Arthur achieved entries in the Still Life and Fashion categories with one ‘Winner’ award and two ‘Merits’ as well as the very first and highly coveted ‘AOP Assistant of the Year’ award.
