The AOP Student Awards 2009 have been launched!

The biggest photography competition for students has now been launched, accepting entries in four categories from students studying photography across the UK.

The deadline is the 13th February 2009, with the exhibition and book launch in late May 2009.

Students can enter singles and series across Lifestyle & Portraiture, Fashion & Beauty, Landscape, Interiors & Exteriors and Still Life. One entrant will be selected as the winner of the AOP Student Photographer of the Year and will receive a double page spread in the AOP Photographers Awards book, a day’s work experience with a high-profile AOP member, a top photographic prize from our sponsor plus extensive press coverage.

There will also be prizes for Merit Awards, plus all finalists will have their winning images exhibited in a 2-week exhibition at the AOP Gallery, London and the Student Awards Book.

AOP Student members get to enter for free but non-members can enter for £5 per single entered and £10 per series category entered.
