We take a snapshot of the latest published photography in Brief, and then focus on a niche area, this month underwater, to bring together a spread of fascinating imagery. Showcase brings together two exhibitions at the AOP Gallery this month, highlighting new b&w photography by AOP members and award winning images by emerging talent in This Working Life.
With the V&A hosting a major exhibition on The Art of Lee Miller, we review the work of an influential photographer of the 20th century. Jonathan Knowles lets us into his bubbly past in In Depth, before we move on to the essential reference in the back section. Martin Beckett on Orphan Works in Business & Legal, and The Digital Plumber’s Location survival Guide appear as cut-out and keep, along with the every useful classifieds and a glimpse at AOP’s searchable portfolios website.

Enjoy!
